PURPOSE: A method of an alert service processing, a device, and a network system of the present invention reflect the change about the urgent alarm state with a value of the urgent alarm state display field. In that way the change about the urgent alarm is handled according to the time.;CONSTITUTION: A value of alert status indication is set according to a change about a urgent alarm state(301). The alert state display field comprises two or more binary bits. The beacon frame is transmitted(302). The beacon frame receiving device identifies a change of the emergency signal according to the value of the alert state display field.
