PURPOSE: A food leftover recycling apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce the ventilation or the exhaustion of a pollution source by stably performing a secondary process of dehydrating food waste for recycling the food waste into compost or fuel.;CONSTITUTION: A food leftover recycling apparatus comprises the following: a mixing chamber(112) to insert a food leftover; a water supplying pipe(116) to supply water into the mixing chamber; a housing(111) including a collecting chamber(113) with an outlet discharging moisture dehydrated from the food leftover while connected with the mixing chamber with a filter net(114); stirring rotation shaft(121) installed in the mixing chamber to rotate; a mixer(120) including a stirring wing(122) mixing the food leftover inserted into the mixing chamber; a transporter(150) transferring the food leftover inserted to the collecting chamber; and a circulating pipe connected to the mixing chamber or the collecting chamber to received the food leftover transferred from the transporter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
