摘要

PURPOSE: A low power output x-ray tube and a photo ionizer are provided to reduce radiation risk about a human body by selecting special materials such as tin and ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) as the target of the anode of an X-ray tube.;CONSTITUTION: A cold cathode(6) emits electronics by a filament or field emission. The cold cathode is surrounded with a cathode(5). A X-rays window(2) is formed in the location faced in a pipe axis. The X-rays window is made of beryllium. The anode coated by a target material(3) is formed on the surface of the X-rays. An insulator(4) is formed into a glass or a ceramics. The Insulator supports the anode and the cathode.
