PURPOSE: An ester-based plasticizer compound is provided to ensure properties similar to or more than conventional phthalate-based plasticizers, to increase plasticizing efficiency, and to improve properties such as hardness and tensile strength.;CONSTITUTION: An ester-based plasticizer has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is (CH2)n; n is an integer of 0-2; R1 is C4-16 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; R2 is C5-10 substituted or unsubstituted naphthenic group or aryl group.
