PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for eliminating an interference signal out of a band are provided to realize small insertion loss, thereby improving receiving sensitivity while removing an interference signal out of a band.;CONSTITUTION: The first mixer(130) performs frequency down shift about a receiving signal including an interference signal out of a band. A filter unit(140) extracts an interference signal out of a and which is down-shifted from the receiving signal which is down-shifted. The second mixer(150) up-shifts the interference signal out of a band which is down-shifted. The interference signal out of a band is returned back to an original frequency band.
