PURPOSE: A decarbonization method before combustion using gas hydrate is provided to reduce costs for treatment and facility construction, and to improve carbon dioxide efficiency by securing an economical carbon dioxide recovery method. CONSTITUTION: A decarbonization method before combustion using gas hydrate includes the following steps: producing mixed gas including carbon dioxide and hydrogen by pre-processing raw materials for power generation; cooling the mixed gas; adding cooled water, additives including C3H8(propane), SF6(sulfur hexafloride), TBAB(tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide, C16H36NBr) or a compound of components in the cooled mixed gas; forming the carbon dioxide hydrate by agitating and reacting the mixed gas.
