CAR BUMPER PRODUCTION DEVICE CAPABLE OF INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS OF WORK BY ENABLING A PUNCHING PROCESS AND A WELDING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A car bumper production device is provided to produce a car bumper in a small/narrow space and improve the production efficiency of the car bumper by enabling a punching process and a welding process of a bracket through one machine.;CONSTITUTION: A car bumper production device(1) comprises a base plate(10), a jig(20), a punching unit(30), and a pressure unit(40). The jig is coupled with the base plate to be slid and a car bumper is fixed thereon. The punching unit is coupled with the base plate and forms the hole on the car bumper coupled with the jig. The welding apparatus is coupled with the base plate and couples the bumper bracket on the hole of the car bumper joined to the jig.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
