PURPOSE: A hair coloring composition is provided to maintain softness of hair and color persistence with safety to human body. CONSTITUTION: A hair coloring composition contains iridoid glucosides and enzyme and amino acid hydrolyzing sugar from glucosides. The iridoid glucosides is iridoid glucosides or secoiridoid glucosides. The enzymes is selected from glucosidase, cellulose, isolase, and amylase. The iridoid glucosides is selected from geniposide, aucubin, genopocidic acid, gentiobioside, gardenoside and oleuropein.
