PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating Parkinsons disease and degenerative neurological brain disease is provided to suppress apoptosis caused by H2O2 and dopamine.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating Parkinsons disease and degenerative neurological brain disease comprises: a step of adding 100% ethanol to dried Laurus nobilis; a step of extracting at 55°C for 48 hours and collecting ethanol layer; a step of decompress-concentrating the 100% ethanol extract and fractioning using chloroform; a step of performing enfleurage of Laurus nobilis in methanol, filtering three times and fractioning hexane; a step of adding hexane to methanol extract, shaking, and separating hexane layer and methanol layer; and a step of decompress-concentrating hexane layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
