PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal case is provided to correctly express the uniform pattern on the surface by controlling a thickness of a concaved groove on the metal case surface, and to minimize damages of the patterns.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal case comprises the following steps: putting a base material of a metal into a mold(S110); molding the metal case to a preset shape with a press(S120); compressing the metal case at least two times with the press(S130); and processing the patterns by concaving the surface corresponding to the patterns to be processed while rotating a cutting blade on the top of the metal case(S140).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
