PURPOSE: A leaching method of desulfurization waste catalyst by antioxidative strain is provided to reducing leaching time by processing the desulfurization waste catalyst in a high solid-liquid ratio condition, and to improve leaching effects. CONSTITUTION: A leaching method of desulfurization waste catalyst by antioxidative strain comprises the following steps: cultivating stains; cultivating the strain by inoculating the antioxidative strains after adding group sulfur on a culture medium; and leaching valuable metal from the desulfurization waste catalyst by metabolic products. In a valuable metal leaching step, a leaching reaction is performed by adding the desulfurization waste catalyst on the medium containing the metabolic products after removing the group sulfur.
