PURPOSE: A rear suspension device of coupled torsion beam axle is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and assembly processes by reducing the components of a trailing arm and torsion beam.;CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension device of coupled torsion beam axle comprises a torsion beam(10) and a trailing arm(30). The trailing arm is connected to the both ends of the torsion beam. A first mounting unit(33) is formed on one side of the trailing arm. A second mounting unit(35) is mounted on the other side of the trailing arm. A spring seat(37) is installed on the second mounting unit.
