PURPOSE: A board for jumping exercise is provided to use the board for a jumping exercise for normal times, and to use the board for a tubing band exercise by hanging an elastic tubing band to a hanger loop on the board.;CONSTITUTION: A board for jumping exercise comprises the following: a body(10) in a plate board shape; a shock-absorbing leg(20) installed on the edge of the body; and a hanger loop(33) to hang a tubing band(30) to enjoy various strengthening exercises using the elasticity of the tubing band. The hanger loop includes holes to tie or fix one end of the tubing band on both ends of the body. The hole is formed in a long shape to make a handle.
