PURPOSE: A multi processor system with a booting function using a memory link architecture is provided to smoothly perform booting of processors in a flash less structure in which flash memories for booting are not directly connected to processors.;CONSTITUTION: The first to third processors(100,200,600) respectively store the first boot loader. The first multiport semiconductor memory device(400) is accessed by the first and second processors. The second multiport semiconductor memory device(500) is accessed by the second and third processors. A non-volatile semiconductor memory device(300) constitutes a memory link architecture(700) together with the second multiport semiconductor memory device and the third processor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
