PURPOSE: A smoke reducing device for a diesel engine is provided to increase an exhaust gas combustion rate by making a valley part on the surface of a filter body in order to maximize a contact area.;CONSTITUTION: A smoke reducing device for a diesel engine comprises a hollow body(130) and a filter body(120). One end of the hollow body is connected to an exhaust manifold(1) and the other end is connected to an exhaust pipe(2). The hollow body induces the exhaust gas flowed in from an exhaust manifold to the exhaust pipe. The filter body is reeled in the internal space of the hollow body to the roller shape.
