PURPOSE: A method for massively culturing Dinophysis acuminate is provided to massively culture Dinophysis acuminate and use as a standard toxin when analyzing toxin component.;CONSTITUTION: A method for massively culturing Dinophysis acuminate comprises: a step of inoculating Myrionecta rubra and teleaulax in a density ratio of 1:10-1:15; a step of sub-culturing Myrionecta rubra at 10-30°C under serial light; a step of inoculating cultured Myrionecta rubra in a water bath to which air is supplied; a step of stirring Myrionecta rubra and seawater medium and culturing Myrionecta rubra massively; a step of inoculating Myrionecta rubra and Dinophysis acuminate in an initial density of 1:10-1:30; a step of sub-culturing the Dinophysis acuminate at 10-30°C; and a step of inoculating Dinophysis acuminate in a water bath.
