PURPOSE: A ceiling sound reflecting board equipped with a non-power angle-adjusting device is provided, which can be easily installed in the desired angle without power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling sound reflecting board equipped with a non-power angle-adjusting device comprises: an acoustic reflection panel assembly(40) equipped with a plurality of acoustic reflection panels; and an angle-adjusting device capable of angle adjustment. The angle-adjusting device includes: a panel fixing bar(58) fixing the side of a plurality of reflection panels; a hanger arm(54) in which the bottom part is combined to be rotatable; and a stop bar(56) in which the top end portion is combined to be rotatable.
