PURPOSE: A titania-based flux cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding is provided to maintain tensile strength of the weld metal by reducing the amount of oxygen which is contained in weld metal and including Mn to flux.;CONSTITUTION: A titania-based flux cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding comprises C 0.02~0.11weight%; TiO2 2.5~10 weight%; Mn 0.5~1.8 weight%; Si 0.3~1.3 weight%; Ni 0.1~3.0 weight%; 0.1~1.2 weight% of more than two kinds selected from a group consisting of Al2O3, ZrO2 or SiO2; 0.1~1.5 weight% of more than two kinds selected from a group consisting of CaO or MgO; and fused TiO2-B2O3-SiO oxide 0.15~2.0 weight%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
