PURPOSE: A composition containing a growth factor-relating peptide is provided to treat and prevent diseases required for growth factor activity and treat diseases caused by growth factor overexpression.;CONSTITUTION: A peptide having growth factor activity contains an amino acid of sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-4. The sequence numbers 1 and 2 are derived from human IGF-1(insulin like growth factor-1). The sequence numbers 3 and 4 are derived from BMP-4(bone morphogenetic protein-4). A composition for improving skin condition contains a peptide containing an amino acid of sequence number 1 as an active ingredient. An anti-proliferative composition contains a peptide containing an amino acid of sequence number 2 as an active ingredient. The composition is used in preventing or treating overexpression of IGF-1 growth factor. A composition for preventing or treating BMP-4-effective diseases contains a peptide containing amino acid of sequence number 3 or 4 as an active ingredient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
