PURPOSE: Polystyrene sulfonic acid calcium salt nanoparticles, a manufacturing method thereof, and a hypercalcemia inhibitor including the nanoparticles are provided to obtain excellent effect of controlling hypercalcemia and to enable a user to easily take the inhibitor by manufacturing the inhibitor as suspension. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polystyrene sulfonic acid calcium salt nanoparticles comprises the following steps: manufacturing the polystyrene sulfonic acid sodium salt from polystyrene sulfonic acid aqueous solution; obtaining polystyrene sulfonic acid surfactant salt by processing the polystyrene sulfonic acid calcium salt with the surfactant; obtaining polystyrene sulfonic acid sodium salt nanoparticles by adding a base to the polystyrene sulfonic acid nanoparticles after adding an acid to the polystyrene sulfonic acid surfactant sa and obtaining the polystyrene sulfonic acid calcium salt nanoparticles through centrifuge or filtering process after adding calcium compound to the polystyrene sulfonic acid sodium salt nanoparticles.
