PURPOSE: A modeling method of nano-organic electrochromic device is provided to obtain high speed operation and high contrast ratio by making titanium oxide into nanotubes form and using the titanium oxide nanotubes as an organic chromic compound.;CONSTITUTION: A modeling method of nano-organic electrochromic device comprises the following steps: making titanium oxide into a form of nanotubes; using the manufactured nanotube as nano-organic chromic compound; and making a zinc oxide electrode(140) and the titanium oxide.
