PURPOSE: By being proceed the phase interpolate function of the input signals and duty correction and level shift function the delay locked loop using the AC coupling phase interpolator and this apparatus simplifies the configuration of the delay locked loop.;CONSTITUTION: A phase interpolate part(11) is applied the first supply voltage. A phase interpolate part generates an interpolated signal in one or more interpolator node by being proceed the phase interpolate toward the input signal of m. By being connected between each and the first node of the interpolator node and including one or more coupling capacitor coupled AC-the phase interpolate part generates the coupling signal in the first node. According to the output unit(12) is the second supply voltage, the voltage level of the coupling signal is controlled.
