PURPOSE: By measuring the consumption of CNT according to the temperature change and adjusting the supply of the power adding to CNT the device for stabilizing and method can offer the power source amount about the optimal number life.;CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit is composed of the power supply unit(3), and the transformer(2) and electrode portion. It is connected to the electrode portion and the carbon nano tube electron gun emits the electronics. It is located in the downward of the carbon nanotube electron gun and the first anode adjusts the speed of the electronics emitted from the carbon nanotube electron gun.
