METHODS OF CONGESTION CONTROL IN MULTI-HOP WIRELESS NETWORK AND APPARATUS PERFORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A congestion control method in a multi hop wireless network and a device for the same are provided to supply many channel access opportunities in order to enable a node in which congestion occurs to process many packets. CONSTITUTION: Queue length information is received from at least one neighbor node adjacent to a congestion control target node(S110). The queue length information shows the amount of data in a queue. Using the received queue length information, the congestion of the congestion control target node is determined(S120). According to the determination of congestion, the congestion of the congestion control target node is controlled.
