METHOD FOR INDUCING CONNECTION OF UNSUITABLE MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL TO FEMTO CELL IN FEMTO CELL SERVICE ENVIRONMENT AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A frequency shift method for inducing a mobile terminal to a macro cell impossible to access to a femto cell service environment is provided to minimize a service which is impossible to access to the femto cell service environment in order for the mobile terminal to connect the macro cell. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell authentication server(600) authenticates an existence of femto cell access authorization according to the mobile terminal. A femto cell AP(Access Point)(131) requests an authentication of the mobile terminal attempting to connect a femto cell to a femto cell certificate server. In case the connection of the mobile terminal' is not allowed, the femto cell base station transmits the connection frequency of the mobile terminal to the extracted macro cell frequency.
