PURPOSE: A food waste compressor is provided to reduce a moisture content of food waste by 79% by pedaling without using electricity, and to improve sanitation and environment of a house by discharging the compressed sewage.;CONSTITUTION: A method for processing food waste includes a step for discharging the compressed food waste with a moisture content of 70% after attaching a food waste processor to a sink. The food waste compressor includes a food waste receiver(14), a compression plate(24), a pressing lever(18), a pressing bar(17), and a compression pedal. The food compressor includes a foul smell backward flowing prevention plate. A receiving part of the food waste receiver is made of a metal perforated plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
