PURPOSE: An electrostatic spray apparatus for spraying UV blocking agent is provided, which can measure proper capacity of the UV blocking agent according to intensity of sunlight and application amount. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic spray apparatus for spraying UV blocking agent comprises: a UV index measuring unit(10) measuring the UV index; an SPF recommended value decision unit(20) deciding the SPF(Sun Protection Factor) recommended value; an additional spray rate decision unit(30) deciding the additional spray rate in order to satisfy the SPF recommended value; a spray control value decision unit(40) deciding the spray control current; and an electrostatic spraying part(50) spraying the UV blocking agent in the electrostatic spraying type.
