PURPOSE: A charge method which determines advertisement costs according to a time unit and a system thereof are provided to determine the advertisement cost of an exposed advertisement in the time unit, based on an outcome index, an order index, and a predetermined weighted value.;CONSTITUTION: A charging system confirms an outcome index of an advertisement(S201). The charge system confirms an order index of a secondary advertisement of the advertisement(S202). The charge system determines the actual charging amount per unit time of the advertisement, based on the outcome index, the order index, and a predetermined weighted value(S203).
