PURPOSE: A method for preparing guanosine 5-monophosphate salt hydrate crystal is provided to shorten input time and to prepare the compound with high purity. CONSTITUTION: A guanosine 5-monophosphate salt hydrate crystal is obtained by inputting salt containing calcium as an additive to a mixture solution containing 5'-guanylic acid solution and alcohol-based anti-solvent. The alcohol-based anti-solvent is methanol or ethanol. The mixture solvent is added to the 5'-guanylic acid solution at once. The salt containing calcium is calcium chloride (CaCl2) or calcium carbonate (CaCO3).
