PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a yellow soil block and the yellow soil block manufacture therefrom are provided to reduce the work time, and to improve the purification ability of yellow soil by adding an photo-catalyst to the block for decomposing the contaminant in air. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a yellow soil block comprises the following: passing yellow soil through a pair of selecting rollers and discharging foreign materials remained in the selecting roller to the outside; crushing the selected yellow soil; mixing a paste with the crushed yellow soil and water; molding the paste in a constant shape; and drying the moldings. The crushing step is performed by a hopper transferring the yellow soil, and a pair of rollers installed in parallel, and a crushing device including a first and a second driving unit to drive the rollers. 8~12 parts by weight of photo-catalyst and 1~3 parts by weight of Fe powder is additionally added to 100 parts by weight of yellow soil.
