PURPOSE: A biosensor using biomolecule selectivity is provided to accurately detect biomolecule with high detection sensitivity and improve detection rate.;CONSTITUTION: A biosensor using biomolecule selectivity comprises: a nano gap substrate(400) which contains each different conductive material and in which a pair of conductive substrate is serially connected separating in a nanometer gap;; and a field effect transistor for detecting current intensity variation based on voltage difference. The conductive material includes gold, silver, chrome, titanium platinum, copper, aluminum, pallandium or ITO(indum tin oxide).
