PURPOSE: A hanger device for transferring a car body is provided to prevent a damage of a panorama roof panel due to the shake of the car body by supporting the roof panel using a third car body.;CONSTITUTION: A hanger device for transferring a car body comprises the first body(10), the second body(30), hanger arms(50), and the third body(70). The first body makes a guide frame go and return on the upper part of workplace. The second body is connected to the first body through multiple vertical cylinders(31). The second body goes and returns vertically by operating a first vertical cylinder. The hanger arms are included on both sides of the second body. The hanger arms are rotatably included in the second body through a horizontal cylinder(51). The hanger arms regulate the side of the car body.
