A PICKLED RADISH TREATED WITH CORN GLUTEN FEED, CORN SILK AND CRAB-SHELL, AND A PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Pickled radish using corn meal, corn silk and crab shell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the pickled radish of which flavor and taste are improved by adding sugar, bay salt, meal, corn silk and crab shell in radish. CONSTITUTION: A meal, corn silk and crab of pickled radish includes a step for adding and salting radish with corn meal, corn silk, sugar, bay salt and crab shell. The corn meal, the corn silk and the crab shell are dried and pulverized. A slating material of the radish includes the corn meal 65 ~ 75 weight%, the corn silk 1 ~ 10 weight% and the crab shell 0.1 ~ 2 weight%.
