AUTOMOBILE ENGINE WASHING APPARATUS CAPABLE OF DISJOINTING AND REMOVING IMPURITIES BY EASILY COUPLING MICRO BUBBLES WITH IMPURITIES

PURPOSE: An automobile engine washing apparatus is provided to improve washing efficiency by removing impurities stuck on the inner wall of the engine by generating ultrasonic vibration wave.;CONSTITUTION: An automobile engine washing apparatus(1) comprises an inlet pipe(4), valves(5,6,14,17), a micro bubble pump(7), a filter(8), first, second, and third solenoid valves(9,15,16), a washing tank(10), a rinse tank(11), and an exhaust line(18). The valve, the micro bubble pump, the filter, and the outlet of the first solenoid valve are successively connected to the inflow pipe connected to an injection port(3). The micro bubble pump circulates the rinse solution and generates micro bubbles. The filter filters the impurity of the rinse liquid. The washing tank and the rinse tank are connected to one inlet and the other inlet of the first solenoid valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
