摘要

PURPOSE: A high density information storage medium is provided to reduce data recording density by allowing the reduced size of light flux by the surface plasmon produced on the rear surface of nano apertures.;CONSTITUTION: A high density information storage medium(100) is composed of a record layer(120), a metallic thin film(130) and a protective layer(140). The metallic thin film is arranged on the upper part of the record layer. Nano apertures with the structure of several nanometer to several hundred nanometer are arranged at a constant interval on the metallic thin film. The protective layer is arranged on the metallic thin film. Light radiated from the top of the protective layer varies the physical properties of the record layer while passing through the nano apertures.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
