A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NUTRIENT-BAR USABLE IN SPACE ENVIRONMENT USING IRRADIATION TECHNOLOGY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nutritional bar is provided to satisfy microbiological conditions of space food while removing a nutrition deficiency problem of a person in space by adding raw grain powder and red ginseng extract in the food. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nutritional bar includes the following steps: manufacturing the nutritional bar; wrapping the nutritional bar; and irradiating radioactive rays in the wrapped nutritional bar. The nutritional bar includes vegetables, grains, fruits, cereals, plants powder or animal powder etc. The red ginseng extract of 5 ~ 8% is added in the nutritional bar.
