MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A FERTILIZER USING EXCREMENTS AND SHELLS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE ORGANIC PROPERTY OF ORGANIC WASTE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fertilizer using excrements and shells is provided to produce the high quality fertilizer by mixing sawdust, zeolite and the seashells to the excrements for controlling the moisture content of the excrements.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fertilizer using excrements and shells comprises the following steps: removing impurities from organic waste including human excretions and livestock excretions; mixing seashell powder as a stabilizing additive into the organic waste; adding zeolite for adsorbing nitrogen components and sawdust for absorbing moisture; fermenting the mixture at 50~60 deg C for 7 days; spraying sodium hypochlorite to the mixture and maturing for 3 days while stirring; and drying the fermented fertilizer using a hot air dryer and packing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
