PURPOSE: A PDM output temperature sensor is provided to reduce power consumption by reducing area because a reference voltage circuit is not used.;CONSTITUTION: A PDM output temperature sensor comprises a first constant current source(11), a second static current source(12), a first switch(15), a second switch(16), a first PNP bipolar transistor(13) and the second PNP bipolar transistor(14) The first constant current source is formed between a current source terminal and a seventh node(N7). The second static current source is formed between the current source terminal and an eighth node(N8). The first switch is formed between the seventh node and a first node(N1). The second switch is formed between the seventh node and the fourth node(N4).
