PURPOSE: A sound absorption heat insulator manufacturing method is provided to increase an absorbing performance at a specific frequency band and to increase a removal ratio by removing the perforated surface of non-woven fabric.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sound absorption holes is made of non-woven fabric. A perforated surface, which is generated in a sound absorption ball formation process, is removed at first by ejecting compressed air to the on-woven fabric at a high speed using a compressed air injection member.
