PURPOSE: A remote integrated unmanned control system, a method thereof and a local control system are provided to easily monitor and control transmitting stations and lower units of the transmitting station by integratedly managing the situation of each transmitting station from a center server. CONSTITUTION: A field control devices(131-133) integratedly manages lower units of transmitting station. A central server(120) collects data from the field control device and manages the data. Terminals(111-113) are connected to the central server or the field control device and manages the lower units of transmitting station. The field control device comprises a field control server, a PLC(Programmable Logic Circuit) control panel, a communication converter and a monitoring terminal. The monitoring terminal receives the web HMI(Human Machine Interface) based GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the field control server and outputs.
