PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to improve light emitting efficiency by differentiating the density of a discharge current based on a distance from a discharge gap.;CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(20) opposes to a first substrate(10). A partition wall(16) forms a discharge cell(17) by dividing a space between the first substrate and the second substrate. An address electrode(11) is formed to a first longitudinal direction by opposing to the discharge cell on the first substrate. A first electrode and a second electrode are connected to a second direction on a second substrate. The second direction crosses the first direction. The first electrode and the second electrode form a discharge gap on the center of the discharge cell. A dielectric layer covers the first electrode and the second electrode.
