PURPOSE: An electrode for a super capacitor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a super capacitor thereof are provided to improve the mechanical, thermal, and electrical stability by increasing the adhesive property between a porosity composite oxide layer and a current collector. CONSTITUTION: An electrode for a super capacitor comprises a current collector and a porosity composite metal oxide layer. The porosity composite metal oxide layer is formed in at least one-side of the current collector. The porosity composite metal oxide layer comprises nano particles containing the manganese oxide component and the conductive metal oxide ingredient. The porosity composite metal oxide layer has a web structure consisting of nanofibers. The nanofibers have a flat belt-type with a thermo compression bonding or hot-pressing.
