PURPOSE: An expiration guidance service system and a method thereof in order to automatically access limit expiration guideline is provided to access a mobile terminal to a limited fare expiration and charge page without terminating a packet call.;CONSTITUTION: A limit expiration guidance service system comprises a subscriber information management server, an SCP(Service Control Point), an authentication server, a packet switch board and a gateway. The subscriber information management server stores and manages information of the mobile terminal subscriber(S16). The authentication server requests the caller identifier as the management server for subscriber information and the certificate server(S14). If in the certificate server, the subscriber is identified as the charge prepaid subscriber. If the serving GPRS support node is notified from the certificate server that the limit of subscriber is expired by, the IP address of the mobile terminal is assigned in the IP band for the limit expiration(S30).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
