PURPOSE: A composition containing a dehydroglyasperin derivative for inducing an NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase is provided to mass produce the NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase and to secure anticancer properties.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing an NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase contains a dehydroglyasperin derivative including dehydroglyasperin C, dehydroglyasperin D, or isoangustone A as an active ingredient. The dehydroglyasperin derivative is extracted from a licorice, filtered by ethanol and hexane to extract and pressure reducing, chromatography, and recrystallizing. The induction of the NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase removes an extrinsic toxic chemical agent including a carcinogenic compound from an organism.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
