PURPOSE: A prefabricated column structure body and a prefabricated exterior structure are provided to rapidly assemble and disassemble an exterior material by minimizing the use of a fixing screw.;CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated column structure body comprises a core member(10), an exterior link frame(20) and an exterior rigid frame(30). The core member supports the load of the upper part. The exterior link frame has a first accommodation space and a female detachable structure. A first accommodation space clinches the first exterior along the longitudinal direction of core member. The exterior rigid frame has the second accommodation space and a male detachable structure.
