PURPOSE: A wine decanting apparatus is provided to prevent the running of wine along the outer side part of a wine glass.;CONSTITUTION: An influx unit comprises an inlet port(11) in which wine flows in and an outlet port(12) in which wine flows out. The diameter of the inlet port is bigger than the diameter of the outlet port. A connection pipe(20) is expanded from the outlet port and has a predetermined space. An exhausting part(40) is expanded from the connection pipe in the longitudinal direction of the connection pipe. The exhausting part discharges the wine passing through the connection pipe.
