PURPOSE: A pulverizer for disposing food waste is provided to prevent the food waste from being focused on the inner part of the pulverizer through a curved surface of a second cutter and to promote the pulverization by making food waste collide with the inner wall of an outer tube of a pulverizing part.;CONSTITUTION: A pulverizer for disposing food waste comprises a first cutter(121) and a second cutter(122) which are included a pulverizing ball(120). The second cutter is installed around the circumference of a pulverizing plate(124). The first cutter is installed inside the second cutter and is near the center of the pulverizing plate.
