PURPOSE: A listening comprehension and a project for driving 4M project on the internet are provided to recreate a listening culture by improving concentration and listening power.;CONSTITUTION: A high speed voice listening of a listening brain is performed. A memory of the hearing brain, a storage, and a regeneration project is performed. The regeneration project is composed of a thinking regeneration, a character note regeneration and voice memo. The hearing brain, concentration, the program and program are operated through the 4M project.
