PURPOSE: A cooperative buying system and a method thereof for deciding the purchase charge of the contents for determining purchase cost of the contents through group purchase of a subscriber are provided to differentially apply a cost according to the reservation of purchasing present condition.;CONSTITUTION: A group purchase processing system(340) generates commodity information for the reservation of the cooperative buying object contents. A provisioning system(320) receives the commodity information. A subscriber terminal offers the received commodity information is offered to the subscriber terminal.
