PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a probe and a production method thereof is provided to reduce an error in processing since the probe is inserted into the slit easily.;CONSTITUTION: More than one fixture installs a plurality of blade-type probes in a probe card. The fixture comprises an internal layer and an outer layer. The internal layer(611) has a width corresponding to the length of the fitting groove of probe and thickness over depth of fitting groove. An outer layer(612) is formed on an upper part of the internal layer by fixed thickness. A plurality of slits(613) has a width corresponding to the thickness of the probe from upper part of the external layer to the internal layer and has depth over the thickness of the external thickness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
